Developing more sustainable logistics
Combirail Training
Since 2021, Combirail has implemented an internal training programme for its own mainline drivers. This six-and-a-half-month course combines theory and practice, directly integrated into production activities and supervised by the company’s own staff. These training programmes have progressively been extended to other roles such as ground agent, shunting driver and operational manager, with durations ranging from 2 to 6.5 months.
